From I-5 Northbound or Southbound:
Take the Portland Blvd. exit.  Take a left onto Portland Blvd. (coming Northbound) or a right (coming Southbound).  Portland Blvd. turns into Willamette Blvd. and the University of Portland will be on your left.  The Chiles Center is the large red dome on the left at the corner of N. Portsmouth and Willamette Blvd.
