Here are the instructions you might want to read through to assist your registration:
You need to print off your membership confirmation form that you receive during the webpoint registration process and the medical release form.
If you just forgot your password, please use the “forgot password feature” on the login screen. If you forgot your username or your email has changed, you will need to email or call the office at region@columbiaempirevolleyball.com or 503-644-7468
Memberships are valid from Sept. 1st to Oct. 31st of the following year. They are valid annually and must be renewed at the beginning of each season.
You don’t need to do anything. Registering for the wrong club will not prevent you from being able to attend tryouts for multiple clubs. If you are adamant about changing the club, you will have to contac the office as webpoint does not allow you to change the clubs in the system.
Please select the Full Junior Membership. Since payment is not required at the time of registration, it will not affect you if your player does not make a team. Selecting a one-event one-day is not necessary for a Junior player.
-Junior Players, Coaches & Club Directors: Your membership is part of your club fees. Club Directors will pay for the memberships of the club during the registration process in December.
-Adult Players:
If you have a team, please have your team send in the payment with their team registration at least two weeks prior to your first tournament.
-Officials: Please send a check to the office for your membership. In the memo line, please put "Official" so we can pay for your membership.
Memberships are unique to each individual. Multiple memberships cannot have the same login and password. If you have more than one junior player, the webpoint system will automatically add an _1 at the end of your username (if it's your email.) If you have more than two, it will add an _1_2. You can change the login and password to make it easier to remember for each player or you can keep the webpoint format.
First you need to speak with your current coach/club director, they ultimately have the choice to release you or not. You must be released from your current club before you can speak to another club about future possibilities. In order to release a player the club director must send an email to the CEVA office with the players name and the statement to release the player.
No. Every player is released from their contracted club during two different open recruiting periods throughout the year. (Please refer to the Junior Handbook, Appendix A). You do not need to be released to attend tryouts.

Registration begins Sept. 1st of each club year. If you register prior to that, your membership will need to be fixed. Please contact the office.
