Changing Your Club
You may be able to change your Club affiliation in the Webpoint system. Check out our Changing Your Club instructions over on our blog.
Upgrading Your Membership
If you have a Membership Deposit, it is only good for tryouts which means you need to upgrade your membership. We have instructions on how to Upgrade Your Membership on our blog.
You need to print your CEVA/USAV membership card, medical release form and concussion form. You can print your card from the CEVA/USAV registration site called Webpoint. The medical release form and concussion form are on the documents page.

Memberships are valid from Sept. 1st to Oct. 31st of the following year. They are valid annually and must be renewed at the beginning of each season.
Registering for the wrong club does not prevent you from being able to attend tryouts for multiple clubs. But if you choose to play for a club you didn't choose in Webpoint then you need to call the CEVA office. Webpoint does not allow members to change their own club in the system.
The membership deposit is for players who are unsure they will make a club team. It is valid for tryouts only and must be upgraded to a Full Junior memnbership prior to practices once a player makes a team. The $10 fee for the membership deposit is credited toward the full Junior Membership if a player upgrades.
All membership dues are now collected online at the time of registration. When registering you must pay for you membership via credit card. For those without a credit/debit card please contact your club or the CEVA office.
Memberships are unique to each individual. Multiple memberships cannot have the same login and password. If you have more than one junior player, the webpoint system will automatically add an _1 at the end of your username (if it's your email.) If you have more than two, it will add an _1_2. You can change the login and password to make it easier to remember for each player or you can keep the webpoint format.
First you need to speak with your current coach/club director, they ultimately have the choice to release you or not. You must be released from your current club before you can speak to another club about future possibilities. In order to release a player the club director must send an email to the CEVA office with the players name and the statement to release the player.
No. Every player is released from their contracted club during two different open recruiting periods throughout the year. (Please refer to the Junior Handbook, Appendix A). You do not need to be released to attend tryouts.
