-USAV Rosters are required at all tournaments
-The libero can now serve, they must have a number from 1-99
-CEVA will now recognize a BLACKOUT (Jan 2-6 and 16-20) week, this means there will be NO paperwork accepted the week before any CEVA hosted tournament. This means no changes or updates!
